Round table "Corruption: the path to degradation of medical education" was successfully held
On December 11, 2024, a round table on the topic "Corruption: the path to degradation of medical education" was held in the assembly hall of the college. The event was attended by representatives of the administration, teachers, group leaders and students of the college.
The purpose of the event was to discuss current issues of combating corruption in the educational sphere, identifying its main forms and causes, as well as developing practical recommendations for increasing transparency and academic integrity in the educational process.
The event began with a welcoming speech by the moderator, who outlined the goals of the round table and introduced the participants. To immerse themselves in the topic of discussion, a thematic video was shown, which clearly demonstrated the scale and consequences of corruption in the educational system.
Then the participants were presented with a presentation "Corruption: the path to degradation of medical education". The report highlighted the impact of corruption on the quality of education, the moral climate in educational institutions and the prospects of future medical specialists.Discussion and work in groups
The key part of the round table was the discussion of the following questions:

The participants actively shared their opinions and suggestions, and then continued working in groups, where they discussed the role of each participant in the educational process - the administration, teachers and students - in eradicating corruption. The results of the group work were presented in the form of recommendations and proposals.
Conclusions and results
At the end of the event, the director of the college summed up the discussion, summarizing the key findings and presenting a plan for further steps to increase the transparency of the educational process.
Based on the results of the round table:
- The main forms and causes of corruption in the educational environment were identified.
- Proposals for the prevention of corruption and the formation of academic integrity were developed.
- The importance of interaction between all participants in the educational process to solve this problem was emphasized.
